This weekend, The Salsa Box hosted my Burlesque Mastery Workshop for Beginners. After being assigned their "burlesque alter ego", my students learned how to use props like fans, gloves, hats, ties, boas, chairs, and even a feather duster. After only 2 hours of work on style, characterization and choreography (and a mimosa), the ladies were ready to put what they learned to the test. And boy was I impressed!
