Joe Wilson Embarrasses Congress

As soon as I woke up this morning, I found the internet on fire with comments regarding Rep. Joe Wilson's outburst during Pres. Obama's health care speech. Wilson's shouting out "You lie" at our president during a nationally televised speech was appalling. If Joe Wilson has a problem with the Presiden't plan, that's fine--I'm all in favor of freedom of speech. But there is an appropriate time & place to voice his opinions, and during Pres. Obama speech was not it! Grow up & show a little respect & decorum for your president and for Americans. This is Congress, not the playground.
It seems AOL's blog was skewed in favor of Republicans and I have to disagree with many of the comments. People said "most of the Congressmen disagreed with Obama". Were we watching the same speech??? From the looks of it, the old, white Republican Congressman disagreed with Obama. But it's because of that group of men that our country is in the state that it is now. Sorry fellas-it's time for a change! So suck it up and accept that you're not in control anymore. Pres. Obama is trying his best to reform a system that has been flawed for YEARS. Obviously the current system is not working, and something has to be done NOW! Millions of Americans are without healthcare, or they are dying because they are dropped by their healthcare providers the minute a major illness hits. The only winners in this situation are the healthcare companies. It's an ugly business that has to be changed NOW. I guess the Republican Congressmen don't care, since they and their families are protected from worries like these. Well, what ever happened to empathy and caring for the less fortunate? It saddens me to see Americans only being concerned about themselves. We saw it with the banks, the car companies, and now with healthcare. But I pray that with enough people standing up and saying NO MORE, we will see change.
